How did we get here?

With a background in  rescue, breeding was never something I initially envisioned for myself. However, life often leads us down unexpected paths, and I chose to embrace this new journey. As a veterinary technician, I had the privilege of meeting an exceptional breeder, which opened my eyes to a world I had never considered before. I dedicated myself to extensive research, studying various breeds, and carefully navigating the process to identify the perfect fit for me. I ultimately selected the Olde English Bulldogge.

Throughout my journey, I learned valuable lessons—both the dos and don’ts of responsible breeding—and I committed myself to establishing a solid foundation of knowledge and ethical practices. While it took time and dedication, I officially became an Established Registered Breeder and kennel owner in 2020, launching Swampside Bulldogges. Although I continue to refine and evolve my breeding program, I have developed a keen eye for quality and a deep commitment to ethical breeding practices.

Raising puppies and contributing to the creation of exceptional, well-socialized dogs that bring joy and companionship to families is incredibly rewarding.
